Hi Ryan

Many Congratulations on the dedicated hard work you are putting into your teaching the kids, I wish there were more people like yourself who get up and do what they have set out to do,   If you need any help at all in anyway please give me a shout.

You should be up for a Crystal Boot Award, and i'm sure you will have one by next year.
